Abstract

solution. In further experiments the effect of bead size and the effect of the pH of solution on ion binding capacity was examined and preliminary column experiments were carried out to see how binding and regeneration steps work out in a glass column. Finally some tests were made to prove and investigate the biodegradability of Starch Citrate.
