Abstract

) in water and SEPABEADS SP825 adsorbent. Both L-phenylalanine and glycine were produced in more than 99.9% m/m purity and 99% yield at productivity 3.7-9.5 mg/(g adsorbent h) in case of three zones open loop 2-1-1 column configuration. The SMB experiments were simulated with the help of equilibrium cascade model. The measured and calculated data agreed well.
