Investigation of the Deep Hydrodesulphurization of Gas Oil Fractions

Abstract

/promoter catalyst are presented. Effect of the key process parameters and composition of the feeds on the yield and the quality of products are discussed. In addition to this, hydrogenation reactions of aromatic compounds taking place during the hydrodesulphurization are covered. On the basis of experimental results the advantageous process parameters were determined for producing diesel fuel blending components of sulphur content lower than 50 ppm and lower than 10 ppm.
