Abstract

The ISO 9001:2000 standards encourage the adoption of the process approach for the management of organizations and their processes. Using our quality audit experiences, several Internet questionnaires have been created to identify and support the most important I/O elements in a process approached QMS in different fields of the food/agro industries. Evaluating the Internet answers, we found some interesting properties of meat and fresh fruit/vegetable (FFV) consumption. In our Internet based QM research we have focused on these two special fields.
